I always shoot for big goals because I’ve learne

I always shoot for big goals because I’ve learned over the last few years that even if I don’t full meet them I definitely get close or surpass the smaller goal I might’ve set before. This year my goal is to reach 50k followers on this new account. Here are some strategies I will follow to try and make that happen organically.

1. Very rarely do we watch content to analyze it.
Reels are the main growth strategy, it’s no secret that is what is being pushed right now. After watching a ton of them and truly analyzing ive been able to pick up certain patterns and strategies that ill be testing with my content going forward.

2. Hashtags are out.
Instagram has made changes to this and are now not really putting much weight into hashtags, instead using proper keywords and SEO practices in your descriptions really tell the algorithm what your content is about. In this case instgram growth.

3. Hooks, Hooks and Hooks
Theres a science to grabbing a viewers attention 2 seconds into your content. It also requires a bit of luck however there are strategies that can be implemented to help increase views and watch time if put into practice. This is something I’ll need to heavily experiment with but excited to see what comes of it.

Quick photo edits on the iPad with the pencil are becoming pretty fun. Makes the whole experience a bit more intuitive. I haven’t played with retouching yet but will be interesting to see how that goes.
